At JRA we work closely with many great organisations to provide workplace climate and employee engagement surveys. As a result, we have a unique insight into the different initiatives that various organisations have implemented to increase levels of employee engagement.
Employee Engagement: Stories of Success is a practically-focused publication that explores ‘Stories of Success’; that is, how a diverse range of organisations have successfully strengthened alignment around the four pillars of JRA’s Anatomy of a Great Workplace™ model - Vision and Values; Sense of Community; Developing People and Performance Culture.
The publication draws both on our research over the past 9 years of running the unlimited/JRA Best Places to Work in New Zealand Survey and our experiences working closely with our clients. We focus on the following:
