In submitting my Ticket Order for this Kenexa\|JRA Best Workplaces Seminar, I agree and acknowledge on behalf of my organisation (for which I am authorised to act) that:
* The full price of the ticket(s) ordered will be invoiced upon receipt of your registration. * Please note that your registration fee must be received before the seminar for your registration to have been accepted. * Cancellations received in writing 7 days or more from the seminar will receive a full refund. Cancellations received in the week before the seminar you register for will be subject to a $50+gst administration fee. NO refunds will be given for cancellations on the day of the seminar or for "no shows." * Any delegate who does not attend the seminar and has not previously cancelled will still be liable for the entire fee of the seminar. Delegate substitution may be done at any time. * I understand and accept that the Sponsors of the Kenexa Best Workplaces Survey may contact me from time to time regarding their services, and that I will have the opportunity to remove myself from each Sponsor's list upon first contact.
