JRA Workshop: The Post-survey Phase – From Insight to Action
Welcome to the September 2009 JRA workshop. Towards the end of last year we ran a successful workshop aimed at guiding you through the post-survey phase with a focus on implementing performance initiatives designed to increase levels of employee engagement and build a great workplace. This is a vital aspect of the employee survey process that can leave managers who have responsibility for action planning unsure of how best to move forward.
This workshop aims to help further clarify that process, assist delegates to get underway in designing and implementing a successful post-survey programme, and to provide practical examples of post-survey initiatives from other organisations.
This workshop will provide three different perspectives:
- JRA will go through the key steps in post-survey action planning, this session is intended as a recap on the process and will include practical examples from our clients
- A JRA client guest speaker will share specific experiences from their own organisation
- A JRA consulting partner will provide examples of ‘building great workplaces’ programmes they have been involved in.
If you have participated in the Best Workplaces Survey, Local Government, New Zealand Workplace Surveys, or have implemented a customised employee engagement survey, this workshop is for you and will help maximise your efforts.
Four good reasons why you should attend
Find out:
- How to choose the most appropriate initiative once your survey is over
- How to action plan and implement programmes/activities based on your initiative – what key steps should your organisation take?
- What post-survey programmes have been implemented by other organisations
- What type of employee engagement change programmes JRA consulting partners have been working on
