Customer service is something we take very seriously at JRA – if we’re going to promote a product like our Customer Feedback Survey focust, we need to practice what we preach!
Because we regard our ‘point of difference’ as being ‘high quality, low cost, great service and support’, it’s critical that we monitor – on a regular basis – whether our clients agree! At the end of each assignment therefore we invite clients to give us their feedback – what they like, and importantly what they think we could do better.
Our latest survey asked all our clients who participated in the unlimited/JRA Best Places to Work 2008 survey to rate their experience of our products and service. Here’s just some of the highlights:
- 95% of clients that responded were satisfied with the products and service they received
- 96% intend to use us again.
- 92% agreed that the service we provide represents good value.
These results are consistent with previous feedback from our clients so we were delighted with the results that suggest we consistently provide an excellent level of service. However we will continue to strive to do EVEN better and we have reviewed all the results of the feedback to identify some key areas that we can be working on.
