unlimited/JRA Best Places to Work Survey 2008
This year’s Best Places to Work Survey is coming, and maybe sooner than you think! New Zealand’s largest survey of employee engagement will be available for your organisation to participate in from the beginning of June until the end of August – if your organisation did the survey in September last year and would like to participate again, August may be the month for you!
If you have participated in the last couple of years, a registration pack will be in the mail for you soon.
As mentioned in a previous email, our online reporting has had another upgrade recently, so now all organisations get the new Engagement Profile report. This report will become a KPI for many organisations, and we’re happy to say that it is included as part of the Basic Best Places to Work Survey Package!
I’ve just run a survey – now what?
We know how much data can be created by an employee survey, and that it can be difficult to work out what to do next. With this in mind, we at JRA are planning to run a series of workshops designed to help you through the post-survey process.
The first of these workshops will show you how best to utilise our online reporting functionality – if you are a current or potential JRA client, this will be time well spent!
unlimited/JRA Best Places to Work Seminars
Seats are still available at the Best Places to Work Seminars next week in Auckland (6 May) and Wellington (8 May). If your organisation has a goal to become a ‘Best Place to Work’ and you have an interest in employee engagement, then this is for you.
New staff member
We are pleased to welcome to the JRA team our newest member, Nicola Halliday. Nicola’s last major role prior to joining JRA was as project manager for a $1.2m government funded research project looking at growing innovation between New Zealand organisations, and she is currently studying towards a PhD at the University of Auckland. At JRA, Nicola will be focusing on project management and building client relationships.
In brief…
- JRA (NZ) Ltd is 15 years old! We’ve grown from being a one-man generalist HR consultancy to an 11 person team specialising in workplace survey and analysis. Thanks to all our clients for making us New Zealand’s leading provider in this area.
- Congratulations to Jenn Edwards from our office who gave birth to a healthy baby girl earlier this month. We wish Jenn and Milly and family all the best.
- JRA Australia will be attending the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) conference and expo on 20 May. If your organisation has an Australian operation that might be interested in our services, we’ll be there to chat and answer questions.
Best wishes,
The Team from JRA
