Best Places to Work Seminars & Hall of Fame

unlimited/JRA Best Places to Work Seminar Series

Here is your chance to find out what the Best Places to Work in New Zealand are doing that excites and motivates their employees! The unlimited/JRA Best Places to Work Seminar Series gives you the opportunity to hear from the best people leaders in New Zealand in a day-long seminar in Wellington (9 May) and Auckland (11 May).

The seminar will be structured around the four key characteristics our research shows are shared by all great workplaces:

  1. Defining your vision and values, & making them real (Trevor Taylor, CEO, Outward Bound)
  2. Creating a community where people feel they belong, & where they look to the future with optimism (Lindsay Crossen - Fulton Hogan)
  3. Developing your people (Sue Matson, Peopleworks Team Leader, Flight Centre)
  4. Creating a high performing culture (Michele Stonehouse, GM, Overland Footwear)

In addition to hearing from the above speakers, we will also be running "breakout sessions" which will give attendees the opportunity to interact with our speakers and a panel of experts, and ask their burning questions.
