- Available for any organisation or demographic with more than 80 responses
- Add trending and benchmarking (if available)
- Compare demographic scores across your Key Driver questions
New name, new media partner…
Over the past 9 years, the unlimited/JRA Best Places to Work Survey has become New Zealand’s leading survey of employee engagement, and a benchmark for any organisation wanting to become a great place to work. As you may have already heard, on 1 March 2009 we announced our new partnership with The New Zealand Herald for our re-branded ‘JRA Best Workplaces Survey’ following the end of our association with unlimited magazine at the end of February.
Do you know what your customers want?
…We do! For the second year running we teamed up with Kiwihost to find out what influences customer satisfaction in New Zealand. Over 600 respondents identified what is most important to their level of customer satisfaction. A big congratulations to some of our clients who were named by respondents as excellent providers of customer service - AMI Insurance, New World Supermarkets, PSIS, Placemakers, Toyota, Agriculture ITO, Kiwibank and Les Mills New Zealand.
