JRA's New Zealand Employee Engagement Poll

In conjunction with the NZ Herald, JRA has initiated this New Zealand Employee Engagement Poll as part of the NZ Herald YourCareerExpo, taking place towards the end of September. In addition to our own website, the Poll will feature on the NZ Herald website as well as the Herald’s Your Career website and the Search 4 Jobs website.

The Poll is intended to provide a measure of the extent to which New Zealand employees are engaged in their work. It is not an ‘organisation-specific’ poll, but rather is intended to gather feedback from employees across a range of organisations and sectors.

Your participation in the Poll would be very welcome – all responses are strictly confidential, and results will be updated in the Your Career section of the NZ Herald and on the JRA website regularly over the next couple of months.
