The unlimited/JRA Best Places to Work Survey 2007 is under way!

The unlimited/JRA Best Places to Work Survey is the largest annual survey of workplace climate and employee engagement in New Zealand. In 2007, over 250 organisations employing over 40,000 people are projected to take part.

Why are so many organisations getting involved? The answer is simple - having employees that feel 'engaged' in their work, and are committed to your organisation, deliver better outcomes for your customers and your organisation. Running an employee engagement survey in your organisation is the best way to give your employees an opportunity to provide you with feedback about what they think of your organisation as a place to work.
