Terms and Conditions
In submitting my Ticket Order for this JRA Workshop, I agree and acknowledge on behalf of my organisation (for which I am authorised to act) that:
* The full price of the ticket(s) ordered will be invoiced upon receipt of your registration. * Registrations for two or more tickets will receive a 10% discount which will be applied at the time of invoicing. * Please note that your registration fee must be received before the workshop for your registration to have been accepted. * Cancellations received in writing 7 days or more from the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations received in the week before the workshop you register for will be subject to a $50+gst administration fee. NO refunds will be given for cancellations on the day of the workshop or for "no shows." * Any delegate who does not attend the workshop and has not previously cancelled will still be liable for the entire fee of the workshop. Delegate substitution may be done at any time.
