This option will appeal to any organisation wanting to drill down and analyse its results by any important demographic groupings. Selection of this option will allow full analysis of results, including Section Summary, Section Analysis (i.e. questions within sections), High/Low Rated Questions and Verbatim Comments across the demographic groups you provide us with. Common demographics include:

You will also be able to print a complete Consolidated Report for any particular demographic group. For example, at a single click you could produce a hardcopy Consolidated Report containing customer feedback just for Joe Bloggs, one of your Salespeople, or a full report on the customer feedback received from clients who purchased Widget B from you.

  1. Your level of service has improved over the last year as now I know who my contact person is and that contact person has stayed the same.
  2. Consistency of contact person is essential from year to year.
  3. Sometimes I feel that I am not being listened to. I have asked for information in an email but it seems the person who responds has not actually read my email fully to understand what to give me.
  4. I would like one rate to be charged each year rather than working it on an hourly basis. Being a small business the variation in time spent from year to year means the bill is always a surprise for me!
