The Questionnaire
The Kenexa Best Workplaces Survey questionnaire has 60 questions phrased as statements, all using a 5 point rating scale (ranging from 'Strongly Disagree' to 'Strongly Agree'). Questions are grouped into the following 10 sections:

- My Job
- Learning and Development
- Performance and Feedback
- Reward and Recognition
- Overall Perceptions (Employee Engagement)
In addition, there are three open-ended questions in a section at the end of the survey.
