Kenexa|JRA is at the forefront of research into employee engagement in New Zealand and we see that best workplace practices and the higher levels of talent retention, productivity, and service they engender are critical measures in today’s economic climate.
After great feedback from our successful 2011 supplement, we’ll once again profile New Zealand’s best workplaces in a Special Feature in conjunction with Kenexa|JRA following the completion of the 2012 survey. We believe this not only profiles New Zealand’s brightest and best places to work, but also provides ideas and inspiration to other organisations.

The New Zealand Chambers of Commerce encourage and support sustainable, profitable business growth and act as an advocate on behalf of business to local and central government. The Chambers positively influence the environment in which businesses operate through training, advisory services and international trade support. Chamber members also enjoy access to business savings, employment and recruitment services, legislation updates, salary benchmark information, marketing opportunities, regular networking and events.
Kiwibank
Back in 2002, we launched with a thought: New Zealand needs a better banking alternative - a bank that provides real value for money, that has Kiwi values at heart, and that keeps Kiwi money where it belongs - right here, in New Zealand.
Just a few short years later, we have more than 700,000 customers, with hundreds more joining each week. We have over 950 Kiwibank staff around the country and a nationwide ATM network. We're in over 300 PostShops, which means we can stay open longer than other banks, even on weekends in many places. We also have 18 dedicated business banking centres located around the country that work with small to medium sized businesses supporting New Zealand.
