Each year, the Kenexa Best Workplaces Survey reveals the top organisations to work for in New Zealand. In 2011, 237 organisations participated in the survey, with the following organisations being rated New Zealand's Best Workplaces – by their employees.

Congratulations to AA Insurance, the Overall Winner (and large workplace category winner) of the 2011 awards. Other category winners were Mars New Zealand (medium-large workplace), Brother International (NZ) (small-medium workplace), and Electricity and Gas Complaints Commisioner (small workplace) .
Many organisations participate in the Kenexa Best Workplaces Survey on an annual basis. The following organisations were recognised for having the greatest improvement in their overall score from 2010 to 2011: Yellow (large workplace category), The Laminex Group (medium-large workplace category), Dispute Resolution Services (small-medium workplace category), and Arneg New Zealand (small workplace category).
Congratulations also to the organisations joining our 'Five-Year League', an award that is given to recognise sustained performance in the Kenexa Best Workplaces Awards. Recipients of the 'Five-Year League' Award for 2011 are Flight Centre (NZ), Inspire Group, Mars New Zealand, Maven International, Obex Medical, Overland Footwear, and Vero Insurance New Zealand.
