Each year, the unlimited/JRA Best Places to Work Survey reveals the top organisations to work for in New Zealand. In 2007, 207 organisations participated in the survey, with the following organisations being rated the Best Places to Work in New Zealand – by their employees.

Congratulations to the Outward Bound Trust of New Zealand, the Overall Winner (and small-medium workplace category winner) of the 2007 survey. Other category winners were Flight Centre (NZ) (large workplace), James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor Wellington (medium-large workplace), and Maven (small workplace).
Many organisations participate in the Best Places to Work Survey on an annual basis. The following organisations were recognised for having the greatest improvement in their overall score from 2006 to 2007: GHD (large workplace category), James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor Wellington (medium-large workplace category), Fujifilm New Zealand (small-medium workplace category), and BDO Spicers Hawkes Bay (small workplace category).
